Project Manager, Fleet Management (Luton, UK)


Job description

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple fleet management projects across EMEA region, supporting many industries to help teams optimize business processes using various project management tools. Ideal candidates will exhibit exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and thorough understanding of agile and other business processes to ensure effective project execution.


Responsibilities

Technical Program or Project Management, or Functional Management experience.
Good knowledge of the Analog/Digital IP development process, tools/flows and methodologies and the life-cycle in a Test Chip.
Prior experience in Fleet management systems, GNSS solutions or Satelite services.
Ability to influence a wide range of people, including people who are resistant to change and/or apathetic
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices
CI/CD pipelines such as JIRA, GIT, Crucible, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Artifactory.

Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% (70% domestic; 30% international) to visit customers and assist with projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in fleet management systems / logistics systems/ video management systems.
Certified Scrum Master or other related certifications, or 7+ years’ equivalent in experience in lieu of certification
Bachelors degree in software engineering computer systems or related field.
Excellent communication and soft skills
3+ years experience as a Product Owner
